In a world filled with the latest “get fit quick” schemes, it’s no wonder that people are lost when it comes to getting sustainably healthy and strong. Here at FSP, these schemes are not allowed – you receive professional training from professional trainers. Our trainers have 4-year degrees and are highly experienced in their field, completing over 1,000 hours of training under Ben.

We have numerous clients who started with us from the day we opened and who still train with us today.  We excel with clients of all ages and fitness levels; however, clients with an injury history or who are aging with some complications truly value our knowledge and expertise.

Whether you enjoy personal training or boot-camps, we have it here for you! There is no gym fee to sign up; all you must do is complete your initial assessment.  Once your assessment is complete, we will set you up for the training recommended in your assessment results.

Our personal training is offered Monday-Friday:  5:00 AM-9:00 PM and Saturdays 7:30 AM-2:00 PM.

Our boot-camp schedule is currently Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8:00-9:00 AM.  Each boot-camp group is capped at 10 people and is led by one of our skilled trainers to keep you motivated, working hard, and having fun all while staying safe! It doesn’t get any better than that.
